Nice offices, in house gym, flexible schedule

Cons

Petty infighting, a focus on power and control, frightfully unprofessional HR staff. The open happy culture is only skin deep. Once you get past that, the company feels more like a company pretending to be a real business instead of what it really is, which is a company baby sitting a product that makes money on it's own which leaves upper management fostering an environment where the struggle for power and control is paramount, which has generally degraded the value of the business year over year. Opinions are stated as facts, and all in all, you spend more time soothing feelings than accomplishing anything of value.

Cons

HR managers are some of the least professional people I've ever seen. There is a definite dark side to the culture that doesn't show up until you've been there a while and it emanates from their offices

Pros

Several departments are well oiled machines that also like to have fun. The company takes pride in the appearance, gym, office space, etc.

Cons

The benefits are ok not great, depends on what you need. The vacation time is very lacking. And some departments are not lead by a good leader.
