      Good people and some minor perks.

      Cons

      Owner is a terrible leader and refuses to embrace change. He's quick to cap you on salary but never tell you and just tell folks that they can't afford raises.

      Glad I got a chance to work with a team of super-smart techies. Very laid back and team-oriented. Excellent workplace to use your existing skills while learning new ones.
