      Great learning environment with supportive colleagues

      Pros

      Genuinely great attitude to learning and development - a good place to start a career in digital marketing with good managers and lots of training opportunities. Lots of friendly colleagues who genuinely enjoy working with each other and push each other further

      Cons

      Some of the clients could be better but that's the same at all agencies

      - Brilliant company culture and a great introduction into the digital PR sector - Consistent training and upskilling opportunities - Being an agency, clients are varied and give you exposure to many industries - Opportunities for growth and progression

      A lot of autonomy Great team Generous annual leave compared to some other places

      Some of the clients were quite uninteresting or in very niche industries Could be more diverse
