Pros

The company has great people who are focused on doing great work. It's the best product in the market, and that makes a huge difference no matter what your role would be. There are high expectations, as the goals of the company are ambitious, but it's 100% focused on your performance, not any company politics. The CEO runs a radically transparent organization where everything but salaries and performance reviews are available for anyone to see.

Cons

Nothing at this present time.

Pros

10/10 culture 10/10 opportunity to make an impact depending on which team you're in 10/10 people 10/10 benefits (e.g., education budget)

Cons

7/10 compensation can be a bit hectic due to project reprioritisation but never in a stressful way can be a bit hard to get promoted unless you really fight for it
