Overstaffed with overlapping roles and responsibilities; no clear talent management and development; top driven culture / super hierarchical with a lot of levels and several doing the same work; Upward management is the key focus at every level; no focus on building culture; no transparency in the appraisal process - important to be known to senior leadership for any major role changes; chaotic environment - run fast is the motto with disregard to the direction with frequent direction changes

Confused about job roles. Hires people to do jobs that can be easily automated. No systems as far as data management is concerned. Company still runs on individuals Excel and PowerPoint Only downward delegation of responsibility with all credit being taken by superiors Complete "yes boss" company, no forum for healthy exchange of business ideas. You have to agree even if you know boss is wrong No regard at all for holidays, personal time, leaves , even sick leaves.
