      A pay check. Virtual work.

      Cons

      Back stabbing, two face colleagues - no team camaraderie! Lack of team direction - no team communication. No accountability! No consistency! No open doors to management! Work sabotaged by others not held accountable! Team leader is not a leader more so, micro manager.

      PTO is 10 days/ year for your first 5 years.

We do want to let you know that PTO is actually 10 days in your first year and after year 1, it moves up to 15 PTO days. This doesn’t include our 2 Floating Holidays, 1 Doctor’s day and 8 observed holidays!

      Pros

      Many great people and an overall culture or getting things done and respecting people. Overall all an employee friendly culture and one that really tries to work with and listen to employees and clients.

      Cons

      The huge growth over the past few years has led to some very questionable executive level hires. Also, the lack of a more structure 'corporate' role in many area's and a more robust integration of all the acquisitions leads to a lot of challenges when working with some clients, vendors and suppliers.
