Pros

The Food and Beverage Programs are decent. Nice decor, photogenic establishments.

Cons

You have to violate half of the provided handbook in order to fit in. You will be expected to brown nose team leaders who do not perform their fundamental duties and are often intoxicated. 75% of the managers are useless even when sober, because they don't care. The support staff gets paid from your tips but does not often assist with anything, and there is an ongoing company culture of being wasted (not just buzzed, and not just alcohol) at work. Managers wont support you if you cut off a guest. Blatant sexual harassment. Many idiots-by-choice work for these types of companies...corporate restaurant culture allows them to get away with a lot by technicalities. They take the service industry stereotype to a cringeworthy level and they think it's cool.

Pros

I would never work for this company. They do not care about any of their employees and can sleep at night with people not having jobs.

Cons

They took over our restaurant Black Finn. They promised all of us new jobs once our old place was closing. 2 days later told us the restaurant is closing 2 weeks sooner and all FOH staff has NO JOBS during the slowest month of the year. Zero stars. I would never want to work for this company if this is how they treat their employees.

I am sorry that you feel Dineamic Group wasn't a help to you during the closing of BlackFinn. With that being said Dineamic Group pulled lots of connections to find the employees that would be losing their jobs employment elsewhere which resulted in more than 80% of the staff landing positions. Unfortunately the closing of a restaurant is never ideal no matter what side you are on.

Great if you are white

Cons

They massive hire for the summer and then fire their Managers to save budget during the slow season. Only way you keep your job is if you are white
