Pros

large, beautiful campus with many resources for the community and for employees, including mobility between departments. pleasure to work in community

Cons

limited funding for some programs and departments meant that space and/or staffing were less than would be ideal. technology could be upgraded in some departments.

It would be great if everyone would come together within the organization as we all strive to ensure the organization has excellent value for everyone and the community.

Cons

I'm still not convenience if some are working because they do care or if it's just another paycheck they're gaining. I hope this is not so, as the organization has been around for years and has done some great things since standing.
