A people-oriented company guided by its strong values
Pros
- The company's values are the basis of any decision in the company - The bi-annual evaluations help you understand how you grow in the company, and you can receive salary increases - No micromanagement; they hire experienced people who are given trust and freedom in decisions - They organize monthly team activities help connect with other colleagues - The work is hybrid, without the need to come to the office (except for a few specific situations for which you are informed prior) - The team is very welcoming (I already felt that I was part of the team from the first days) - High transparency regarding the company's results, objectives, expenses, benefits - 9-5 schedule with the lunch break included in this interval (30 min) - Investments in workshops with external consultants to help us do our job better - The openness of the leadership team to understand the needs of the teams/departments
Cons
- The headquarters needs some improvements to fit the work style and current needs (although some efforts have been made and there are improvement plans) - The changes in the target customers led to a difficult alignment process between the team and leadership regarding expectations, desired results, etc.
