      Nothing much - they have good incentive atleast

      Cons

      The whole company has flaws and bad behaviour people. - no canteen - fake words ( as they told me there will be no target or timing issue, after joining they gave some target and also no time for leaving time unless until manager says to log off) - manager use slangs anytime - no hierarchy maintain - no proper management - they can make you half day anyday they want

      Pros

      The most important thing for me is this company have sat-sun off. Which is one of the best part for me. Other than that we have a great work culture and people here are also very nice. I'm learning a lot from here.

      Cons

      In my 4 months of experience I didn't find any disadvantages of working here.
