      Pros

      There are good perks. Has a wide range of clients and projects to work on. Somewhat competitive market rates.

      Cons

      Although they say there's mentorship and close management, this doesn't really exist inside the company, basically, you're left alone on your own after being assigned to a client. Furthermore, there's no interest in showing proper compensation to their employees.
