      Freedom and financial stability with some project limitations

      Pros

      Working for Digipal is giving me the opportunity to have multiple full-time jobs at once, which means having more freedom and financial stability. It’s remote, doesn’t smell like corporate culture (which I hate, tbh), and is very straightforward.

      Cons

      The cons would be the project itself, but this isn’t really Digipal’s fault—I know everyone will have a different experience, but for me, the project isn’t the best. It’s not for growing as a developer or learning something new; more like just doing your job and making money off it. This is okay, since I have other things to do. The other cons are unpaid vacations, which is expected for a B2B contract, but still—it’s not having that benefit. I hope it will change in the future.

      Pros

      Digipal really feels like a company that puts its people first. Communication is fast and transparent, the team is friendly and genuinely supportive, and I've had the chance to work on interesting, high-quality projects with strong international clients. Payments always arrive on time, the remote setup is flexible, and management trusts you to do your work without micromanaging. There's also real room to grow technically.

      Cons

      Honestly hard to find real downsides. The company is growing fast, so some internal processes are still being refined — but they keep improving over time and the team is always open to feedback.
