Pros

- The management cares just as much about their employees as their clients. The culture is very supportive, and leadership encourages new ideas from everyone no matter your position. - Management is willing to invest in personal and professional development. - Since the majority of the staff are senior level with significant experience, we have the opportunity to work on some really interesting projects. - Company is investing heavily in sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Cons

- Compensation and benefits are slightly below market rate, but I expect that to improve as the company continues to grow and become more profitable.

Outsourcing is outsourcing

Pros

Salary is good, not much in terms of overtime. Benefits package seams nice. It's a good place to go if you just want some non-straining work that pays well.

Cons

It's outsourcing. Even worse, it's mobile F2P gambling outsourcing. So, if you're into games - you won't find them there. Also the code from the previous projects tends to be dragged around even if it clearly has problems and makes development much more difficult. Management sees it as code reuse and time saving and somehow misses long weeks of debugging obscure problems that arise from reusing entangled old code ridden with bugs and bad decisions on which you can't fully learn, cause you'll be forced to go with them for a long time. So IME it's 90% time spent in the debugger, 10% time spent in fertile tries to make some steaming pile of stuff working. Also, I see some guys being borderline exploited with unpaid long working hours. Management says that there will be bonuses for this stuff, but man, it's not nearly enough. So, not a good company for junior techies, middle tear people should be able to stand they're ground and avoid abuse, senior dudes will be bored to death.
