Pros
Well the only pro is if you're a fresher then you can learn ton of things in 6 months itself but you have to compromise with several things like, your time, health etc.
Cons
You would be like a slave there none of their policies are employee oriented. If you're a hard working then be available to work more than 24 hours. Your health, your family, your mental stability doesn't matter to the Difacto management at all. They'll humiliate you, they aren't aware about the term compassion, empathy at all.
