      Pros

      This company is like that good ol small town where everyone knows each other and supports each other. Very friendly and warm environment. Ethical leaders and a broker that seems to have all the answers. They don't nickle and dime you taking all your commission. They have a few different fee structures that are just phenominal. Can't compare it to other companies. I will spend the rest of my Real Estate Career with Diamondback!

      Right now our main office is very nice but a little small. I beleive we have plans to move into a bigger office.

      Pros

      Before coming to Diamondback, I worked for one of the biggest companies in AZ and no one knew my name. They didn't review my contracts or give me any training. Diamondback Realty has a top-notch broker who reviews every contract and gives great feedback. Their online training is outstanding. Thank you!

      This is an outstanding company to work for.! The only reason I left is that I moved out of state. The owners and broker were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great commission plans as well. Highly recommend this company!
