I dont recommend this place to work. Too much work load for a less pay. Even they deduct the pay from the less pay too at the end of the month with monthly evaluations. Management is strictly following cost cutting things. So the main cost they see is only their employees. They cannot see other silly things which they waste millions. And also highly involved in internal politics. So hard to get promote. No transparency at all. Dont wast your valuable time here working for Dialog Axiata

Too much red tape to actually contribute or be involved in a project. Your initiative most of the time gets absorbed by a bigger initiative and you will be excluded from it. I think it's because of Dialog awards. It's a bit like big schools. Some people are involved in every club and society. Others don't get a chance to be involved in anything because all the slots are taken up . There were multiple instances where attention fell on superficial things rather than actual work or results. Difficult to work if you join a senior position from outside. You won't survive or get recognition for anything you do unless you are an extrovert.
