      Pros

      Some nice people, working at home, pays decent. CEO is approachable. You will meet some great people and go to some nice events.

      Cons

      All the 5 star ratings are HR's attempt to up their rating. It's all glitz until one of their "legacy" systems fails and its red tape time. Too much focus on growing and ignoring current customers.

      Pros

      Great (non-management) team members...most of them have a very bright future ahead of them and will hopefully find new opportunities with companies on the RIGHT track.

      Cons

      Yes, they roll out the red carpet with all their perks and bonuses and such when you first start. But then you realize, it's all just smoke and mirrors to cover up how disorganized this place really is and how the sky will eventually come crashing down on them. Aside from their set list of "legacy" clients, I haven't experienced one bit of significant organic growth while I was there. Top management seems to be viewing the world through the bottom of a Coke bottle.

      Pros

      - Nice corporate culture - Good benefits and salary - Work/life balance - CEO is friendly and makes you feel valued

      Cons

      - Too many employees are family members of the CEO and unqualified to be anywhere near the role they are in. - Too much turnover for such a small company both voluntary and involuntary. - Top management seems to be telling the CEO what he wants to hire. - No follow through on ideas or planning. - Work life balance is great but half the employees aren't accountable when not in the office. - Bringing in new clients is hard for them, relying on old business for future revenue has proven problematic
