Pros
DiTronics management team is like Zimbabwe government trying to start a deep space program: no idea what's going on and shouldn't be in the business. Upper management is hot headed and will hire based on poor personal recommendations or family ties. PRO: This gives chosen applicant ability to negotiate for for a decent salary. Pay attention: negotiate. The initial offer will be ridiculously low. Another plus is that company is all talks, no actual delivery necessary. The more new hire can promise, the easier to string along management. Imagine Zimbabwe government asking to launch their own space shuttle. Just say yes, earn the pay, and get out.
Cons
Perhaps there is a good reason this company has massive employee layoff / departure every three years. 2012 ENTIRE sales team left (including VP Sales); 2015 ENTIRE technology team left (including CTO). This is the ENTIRE department!! Manager and Directors are constantly replaced, resulting in unclear direction. New leadership arrives and seagull over everything: poops and leaves. This enables lazy employees to literally hide out and get paid. Those with work ethics pick up the slack. Don't count on making it home. If have an offer elsewhere, take it. Will learn and enjoy life more at department of sanitation. This would be a short term rest stop. Company is privately held by a 70 year old gentleman. No succession plan. Make sure to cash out last paycheck before it bounces.
