      Pros

      Subject matter on projects can be interesting. Certain perks like company cruise if that matters to you. Most employees were friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. Steady stream of work coming in means company is growing and jobs are stable.

      Cons

      Pay and performance reviews are non-existent. Initial salary offers have a reputation for being poor. Promotions or oppurtunity for growth are slow if not rare. Company bleeds good talent at times due to aforementioned issues. Projects tend to be more about creating content within disti tools and workflow then offering any sort technical difficulty or freedom for innovation from an engineering perspective.

      Terrible Management makes any job unbearable.

      Pros

      Small company. Small company product line results in narrow focus of skill sets. Willing to hire people with limited experience.

      Cons

      Most of the upper management and leadership are just terrible people. Product line is antiquated and highly specific leaving almost no room for advancement or growth. Management acts very unethically. Not flexible in any way.

      Pros

      Co-workers are great to work with, hard working, good team work mentality, helpful and knowledgeable about their fields and areas of expertise.

      Cons

      Little to no salary raises. No bonus structure or sense of ownership as an employee. Owner will micro-manage individual employees or projects. Unless working in R/D, projects are boring with little of no coding involved.
