Pros
I joined Dhwani during the most perilous phase of Covid-19. I must state that joining Dhwani RIS was the finest thing that happened to me during the Covid-19 period. Being an IRMA'n it always give proud to work towards social and development sector, and Dhwani RIS is the perfect fit for me. This organization is giving me all the practical exposure which I have learned till now. Dhwani's Work culture and Vertical organization structure gives immense motivation to work and learn from colleagues. I am thankful to @sunandan, @swapnil, @shobit and @pratik for believing in me and giving me a chance to serve in the social sector through Dhwani RIS.
