      Pros

      Salary reasonable for the area and type of work. Working conditions aren't too bad for factory work in some departments. Diverse culture of workforce, useful for those interested in other cultures.

      Cons

      Disorganized, poor systems/workflow. Shifts may not suit everyone. Poor interdepartmental communication. Poorly trained management.

      Pros

      Positive can only be one thing that the office is close to highway and railway station so travelling is little convenient.

      Cons

      Not so great place to work. Too much politics and communication and language used is not so great. Lack of team work in India and also overseas . Lack of business ethics.

      1- interesting products, ability to work with international projects 2- flat structure but it depends in the direct management on place or affiliate 3- good salary structure with results oriented rewards 4- flexibility and trust (depending on your direct management

      Cons

      1- Top management lack of clear vision of the future. Always short term thinking driven 2- wasting resources on useless positions instead of developing/imporoving products and machines. No true R&D. Not so good quality management 3- top managers not being a good example for other employees 4- Lack of clear policy and fair handling among affiliates 5- if you are not french, your chances are very low to grow a career at head office (while affiliates are only sales organization with flat structure) 6- lack of job security: the easy way to cut cost is laying people off 7- Top management involvement in micro details of day to day affiliates business
