I have been here about five years now and I can say that this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Laid back atmosphere that rewards hard work and results. Decent pay and great benefits. Location of the office is convenient and is a great, functional campus. Despite some of the other comments I have read, I see good -- not outstanding -- but good room for career growth here.
Cons
Few if any cons. Perhaps more inter-departmental communication is needed at times and perhaps a little more recognition from management for individual efforts, but for a growing company with growing pains, it is run pretty damn well.
Owner driven company and the owners do not like to communicate or manage. Growth is inhibited by the unwillingness to invest in the future - strictly manages by the bottom line. Information is not readily shared outside of the owner group. No strong middle management layer.
