      There is no such benefit.

      Cons

      Most of the reviews giving five stars to this company are fake and posted by HR dept. Itself. Poorly managed policies and whole company is controlled by few people who sits in cabin. Micromanagement. They can change their policies as per their own convenience. Work stations given to employees are too old and not working properly and with these such laptops ,they expect to meet release deadlines on time. In your notice period, they will treat you like their enemy. You are not even allowed to take your own earned leaves. Management is so poor. HR has no power. No one follows best coding practices. Join this company only if you have no option left. No career growth plan.

      Dear Ex-Employee - Thank you for your feedback. We have gone through all your points. Your very statement that there is nothing good in this company & that there is no such benefit while there are 250 odd people working here, with some great folks including folks from IITs and NITs, suggests the baselessness of the review you have put up. Though the intent behind your review seems incorrect, we will still try to work on areas where we feel there is room for improvement.       Flexible working time as they say but at the end if you make any mistake they will come to you blaming about timing and all

      Cons

      Bad Management Lack of process Not a employee centric company Policy is not good Higher management is inefficient in handling code of ethics and process oriented follow

      Pros

      Only pros will be good salary but it takes a lot of fight with managers (cum Co-Founders) to get better salary.

      Cons

      Bad working culture, co-founders expect everyone to come early and stay late even when your work is up to date. No culture. No employee respect.
