Pros
The pay is good with decent health/dental insurance. The first line managers really believe in what they are trying to do.
Cons
The owner literally screams at the employees like they were children while expecting them to be available 24/7. He plays favorites trying to be a successful businessman while pouring millions into failed technology schemes and while living like he is a tycoon of old. There are no benefits paid by the company beyond health insurance and minimum paid time off.

Pros
As in most Companies, the people make the difference, it is no exception at Devon, most of the Company's staff work hard, pay attention to the customers and look out for the Company.
Cons
The leader of the organization is a bit mercurial and is prone to "dressing down" managers in front of their team members. Not a great way to motivate company members. When the owner is in the building (if he ever leaves his office) most members want to keep their heads down to prevent any interaction with the owner.
