      Pros

      Overall this is a great company to work for (In the right team). Lots of challenges and a very easy going environment. Free beers, great office, games machine, colleagues are generally all a fairly good culture fit.

      Cons

      The coding standards were pretty poor at the time, the company is making efforts to rectify this. Resharper doesn't slow you down, at least not as much as poor quality code will. Team lead was very inexperienced in managing a team, he was away a lot of the time and was really only focused on his own work. Seemed to think massive multiline LINQ statements were an example of great code.
