      Great People, Archaic processes

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with though when things go wrong everyone has a solution but it becomes too many chiefs not enough Indians at times.

      Cons

      Communication is very compartmentalized and doesn't always flow to all involved stakeholders, this gets worse when pressure is high, or during very busy times. Archaic paperwork based systems and change processes allow a lot of details to fall through the cracks.

      Cool events Cool offices Networking with property contacts.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership Pay was horrible Favoritism Over use and abuse coordinators NO work life balance Management doesn’t care about the coordinators, even though they are the ones doing all the contracting etc.

      Pros

      They feed you, has busy season,lots of overtime. They have a large kitchen with free lunch in the warehouse. Tons of stuff and your always somewhere different if you leave the warehouse to setup parties.

      Cons

      Has a slow season, monotonous, high turn over rate for employees as a lot are temporary. Set up and tear down day after day same old same old.
