Pros

It is family owned business that operates very professionally and somewhat corporate. If you work hard enough and know how to communicate with management, you will go far. There are many fun things the company does throughout the year; holiday parties, seasonal contests and pizza days. During the warmer months, the company maintains a vegetable garden for its' employees.

Cons

The company is constantly expanding, so it is not uncommon to experience growing pains. If you can endure this. this is a wonderful and exciting place to work.

Pros

Fun place to work, lots of things can be learned, nice office atmosphere, pizza once a month to honor employee birthdays and anniversaries, overall a good company to work for regardless of career level, owners are very good people too.

Cons

Benefits could be better, that's it.

Pros

Started and owned by the same family for over 30 years. Many employees here have worked for the company a very long time. I personally have been here close to four years and have experienced lots of changes. Overall, it is one of the better jobs I have had. It is busy at times, but not overwhelming. Lots of orders to deal with and most of the customers are polite. You are expected to work so this is not a place for slackers. Co-workers in the office are very helpful. It did not take too long to be trained. Dress code is business casual and there are typical workplace policies in place. Benefits are decent; the company contributes to both health insurance and dental plans. Very clean and modern office space and break room. The products are great too; I really like the cards they sell.

Cons

The job does requires good phone skills. It is not for everyone, but I like it. Designer Greetings is a fast paced company, so you have to be able to quickly adapt to changes.
