For Freshers engineers in mechanical designing and electrical automation COE project its good to learn many new things on Siemens Product. They are executive partner of Siemens so you will get good training from Siemens or may be get chance to get training from Germany as well. Upper Management and HR team is very good . They have big client all over world. Specially for freshers its good to learn many software and technologies from Siemens.
Cons
Middle Level management always plays game with you. They will not take any responsibilities on their side. Most people leaves because of middle level managers and their politics. Even HR team also not listen you if you complaint about management. They dont care about experience employee, special in Siemens COE project they hire fresh employee when u ask for your expected increment. First time you will get good appraisal but then only 2-4K max. 3 month long notice period. 3 year of bond. When you resign from company they will hold your salary for one month and it will be given after 2-3 month of leaving company. Once you resign they will behave with you like they dont need you now and will ignore you.
