1. The most rookie team i ever worked with. 2. Egoland. 3. Ridiculous work-life balance due the "leaders" inexperience. 4. The people that created "good work" like the AirbnB ripoff left long time ago 5. They rarely pay competitive salaries so they cannot afford / retain talent. 6. They find good small clients with potential to create nice work but the staff pays the bill with their own time.
