      Deceitful management, lied about position I was hired for. Got stiffed on my final paycheck.

      Our hiring process has been very reliable. However hard we strive for perfection, there is occasionally a mismatch. That is the case for this former employee, who was simply not cut out to be a successful consultant. We have never stiffed any outgoing employee on their pay, and if we had, the employee would have had ample opportunity for recourse. Thank-you! Mark Ginnebaugh, CEO

      Most horrible company i worked for ever

      small company , flexible timings

      Cons

      Bad Management , always low on cash , very welcoming and assuring in beginning, and then very apologetic that they cannot give your pay check . I fell for it again and again , my bad , but stay clear from these folks they are con artists at their best .

      Pros

      DesignMind is a small consulting company with a start-up feel. Currently there are around 40 people and growing quickly, this allows individual have a real say in what the company is doing where the company is going. There is also a very open policy of discussion. Anybody on the team can tap/email any other member with questions/comments and start a dialog.

      Cons

      With that start-up feel comes the start-up nimbleness (not a con for all people). Consultants can be on 2+ engagements at a time as there is plenty of work to be done.
