      Pros

      Employees work as a team to succeed Fair compensation Working on different projects, made days interesting!

      Cons

      Management (at the time) was lacking in involvement and liked to voice criticism rather than support. Since they have moved on/retired, hopefully the new leadership values their people. Having worked with Dan, one of the owners now, I have to believe things have improved. The Project Managers were all amazing and truly carried the Canadian side of the business.
