      Good variety of food in pantry... admin very excellent.. many options of big projects to do...

      If you are joining team DCA 2, please be aware with non-professional director... other teams are good to join..

      Quite a good place to grow, but not my place to stay too long

      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly and willing to teach one another. Teams are divided into different projects, so we get to be in charge of the whole process of project delivery (depending on the time you got involved). Design-wise I am not so interested, more on learning project management.

      Didn't learn too much other than professional works (because I prefer more brainstorming or life advices)

      -Workplace is designed comfortably -Friendly staff,

      Cons

      -As of now, DCA has lost almost half or more of their seniors in the past year. Turnover rate high. Company is filled with freshies -Too much workload, continuation of work without previous project manager's guidance can be hard. -No training provided -Company is trying to cut cost. ;)
