      None, they withhold your final pay too, and are into scamming seniors.

      They Do Not Care About Employees or Customers

      Pros

      Coworkers were awesome, always had someone on my team (on my level) who I could call and talk to.

      Cons

      -Drive times 4 hours plus from home, to unconfirmed appointments. -Management had poor communication skills. -Presentation is dishonest -Product price is incredibly inflated -Jobs will probably never install, so don't expect to get paid -If you leave the company they will not pay you any sort of back ends on your jobs -If you're a woman, you will probably never be placed into a management position -If you have a baby, expect to not have a job when you return from maternity leave -0 opportunity for growth, barely any opportunity to actually make any money -COMPLETE waste of time and effort. -Feel slimy after building a relationship with a customer, especially after you see news articles about D1G and how they are not delivering on any of their promises to homeowners
