      Pros

      The culture is so positive and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel appreciated. Management continuously asks for feedback to ensure a clean line of communication and is open to change to provide success for all. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something to DermRight.

      Cons

      You will work hard, because you want to. Not a real con but hard work is not for the weak.

      Fun, productive and making a real difference in the community

      Pros

      We are making a difference in so many lives. The connection's we make with our patients and their families. My coworkers are the best in the world and helpful in every way imaginable. Management is busy but they listen to feedback. Growing company doing god's work.

      Cons

      Growing company still learning things and not always getting it right the first time but its to be expected. I did my research and knew this was a developing, young practice. Short staffed.

      Pros

      Work from home, allowed to deliver quality care without limits and restrictions, management supports me according to my learning needs, open communication, exactly the team environment I always dreamed to be a part of and overall an encouraging and rewarding job.

      Cons

      Phone system drops our calls and the EHR sometimes freezes or doesn't let you save and you lose all of your intake.
