      Good salesmen, superior technology and a brilliant team of mathematicians and engineers Cross cultural diversity Flexible work hours Autonomy Ability to work remote

      Cons

      No development, leadership, mentoring or support Not much interaction between employees Very unorganized and inconsistent in upholding policy Not a very warm and friendly environment No experienced marketing team Unprofessional No company expenses are paid up front by DS and they won't get company cards, it is not unheard of to have to use your personal credit card up to amounts in the thousands.

      Decent pay and smart co-workers.

      Cons

      Short staffed and working extra hours. Bonus is not guaranteed and you can get laid off without warning. Also, A lot of the resources are china based so the is a language barrier and sometimes lack of structured resource.
