Where to start? Pay is terrible Long hours Guaranteed to work late nights (12am/1am) Management was terrible - no time for you Zero thanks No where to climb the ladder You get a worthless season ticket that you can't use as you're always working match days You'll be called in at any time and frowned at if you decline Expected to use your own equipment as a multi-million pound company doesn't want to buy you cameras/a working, editing laptop. The colleagues will snake you out to kiss up to the boss Boss is hard to talk to
