1. HR never replies unless you are CEO, Senior developer. 2. Harassing and Blackmailing training program. 3. My frined almost cried during training review program. 4. I dont think RoR team goes beyong more than 2-3 peoples because of team lead. 5. Please check salary distribution before joining. They converted my fixed pay into bonuses after joining the company. 6. You will get friday snacks atmost one in month or not. Depending upon the senior people because they are handling all our money related stuff. 7. Senior developers drinks in working time. They almost have no sense of what they are doing and what they are talking to. They swear during that period and peoples need to listen that.

1. Highly unprofessional working culture, rather no ethics at all. 2. There's no hierarchy and no uniformed or defined structure. 3. Too much of animosity, not a healthy environment to work in. 4. Tech architects fight and abuse on the floor infront of their respective teams on petty issues/topics. 5. The most senior leader abuses and yells at the developers. Always using abusive language during team meetings. 6. No proper trainings to the new joinees, no guidance. 7. Highly unethical people. 8. I would not suggest any fresher or experienced ppl to join this company, it was my biggest mistake and I'm trying to rectify it. 9. Me and my colleagues have found the way out, infact 50% company's strength is under notice.
