-meet lots of cool people
-pushes you past your comfort zone
-opportunity for growth
Cons
-long hours
-your job is to sell high quality products to low-end consumers, doesn't make sense does it?
-unrealistic expectations from upper-level management
-slinging products all day in Sam's Club and Costcos
The people are what make the company. Some people have been there a week, others up to a year but everyone genuinely cares. Helpful training and the atmosphere is super positive and includes everyone regardless of background.
Cons
Negative people or "not morning people" don't do well here. Everyone is very positive and uplifting always so no negative or bad attitudes allowed. I don't know if that's a con just something I figured I would mention.
