      Nothing. At. All. Don’t do it.

      Everything. Don’t join the project management team at Dentsu Creative USA unless you want to be bullied, treated like crap, and pushed to your breaking point of mental and physical health. The project management department and leads are notorious for doing this and are shady. They also bully and take advantage of POC while only promoting white people.

      -Lot of folks who work there are smart and genuine (except management). - Good for creatives and not for tech related opportunities

      • Lack of Guidance: Tasks were assigned with zero directions, setting up new employees for failure from the start. • Toxic Management: Constant nitpicking, talking over employees, and unreasonable pressure seem to be the norm. • Unethical Practices: The use of templated Performance Improvement Plans raises questions about the integrity of the company’s employee evaluation process. • Company Instability: The organization appears to be in financial trouble, highlighted by the departure of the CEO.
