      People were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management says the staff are "family", but the same BS. Treat you like crap if you speak up about how bad the work environment is, and then fire you!

      Blatant favourism showed my management

      Pros

      Store closes early enough to enjoy your evening after work. Enjoyable co workers for the most part

      Cons

      I have never seen, experienced or even heard of such blatant favortism by managerial staff. It is truly disgusting and makes work life incredibly frustrating. Staff members who work hard and are model employees are often disrespected and underappriciated. The values and methods of running the store by management are incredibly old fashioned and they appear to have zero interest in working on this.
