A good place to work if you are an expert in any of the four main Marketing Automation systems and Salesforce. So if you’re a Solutions Architect, developer, digital marketing consultant, campaign execution manager, project manager---and you like working remotely, then worth a shot. The folks who deliver the projects are smart and hard working. High quality brands and challenging projects to fill your day.
Cons
If you are looking at a sales position not a company I could ever recommend. Their pay model is the worst I’ve ever seen. Territory accounts were too often made house accounts to probably avoid paying their miserly commissions to the Account Executives after micro-managing sellers daily. The sales environment was ridiculously stressful-primarily stemming from an intrinsic disdain towards sellers shown by Sr Management. The irony is that the CEO wrote a book that explains how vital Sales and Marketing alignment should be to be a successful organization, but then they do the exact opposite with their own team. Total hypocrisy.
