      There are no pros to work in the company.

      Cons

      No proper work culture. No proper work timings. You have to come on time no matter how late you worked last night. Does not care about the employee growth and sentiments. There is no management in the company. Nothing good about the company.

      This is not a true review and provides a misleading picture of the company and the work culture. If our guess is right, this is from someone we hired and who joined the company for three days and later contested the word bonus - and wanted the bonus to be guaranteeed and NOT tied to performance. And this person did not show up for work the following day with a text message saying they quit the job. This is an inappropriate, angry and untrue review. Unfortunate they wanted to take this out this way. Good luck!

      Thank you for an honest review. We are a boutique specializing in niche solutions and supply chain research and support services for our clients with about 15 associates. We are growing and we will be able to provide additional opportunities for networking and career growth. Given the smaller nature of the business you get a broad exposure in terms of work as well as facetime with senior client managers.
