Pros
Best Company to work. Challenging work environment for aircraft as well as off-highway engines. Get hands-on experience on advanced industry tools.
Cons
It is good for mid-level management & engineers. Fewer opportunities for upper management positions.

Pros
Quite a bit of flexibility with schedule. Smaller company with less than 50 employees currently.
Cons
Deteriorating culture. Too much rushing of processes which causes mistakes down the line. They can take advantage of employees. Management has been cleaning house of all long-term employees. Full of false promises and lies. They will definitely play favorites and don't care to make others uncomfortable in the process.
