Nothing really great to talk about this company apart from they paying well when you join.
Cons
Biased Management: This happens everywhere but nobody can beat these guys. 1) Car parking is reserved for a set of people who are near and dear to the management. Parking slots will remain empty but you don't have access to it. 2) Food is free but it is reserved for big guys. When it is your turn you are not served saying it is completed but when some so called HR or Manager comes they get it from nowhere. Job Security: People have been fired for some lame reasons like performance (individual worked for more than 2 years), no work (hiring was going on for the same technology) and 8-hour policy (don’t stick to your seat, fired!). People are asked to leave just like that without any compensation or relieving letter. Relieving letter will not be given to you on the last day. You will have to follow up and get it after 15 days. Please read the policy document before taking the offer. 8-hour Policy: One will have to rest their butt to the seat for 8-hours whether you have work or not. If you are short of that then they will nag you sending daily/weekly emails that you are short of hours and will deduct it from leaves or it would be a paid leave. Blue-colored Job: Within a week’s time you will realize that it is not a white-colored job that you chose. You will have to sign-in/sign-out daily in a register. The leaves that you take have to be manually entered in a sheet. If you get soaked-in by pay don’t expect career growth, respect, trainings or ethics of any kind. You don’t trust me find someone who works for the company, you will know it.
