      Delta has a family-like team environment with employees and leaders who care. People are committed to their jobs and taking care of our customers. With the right skills and mindset, opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains as the business transitions from small to mid-size, but leaders are committed to maintaining the positive culture, and take employee feedback seriously.

      Great place to work, with a family-like feel. Get to sell a big brand name without all the red tape.

      Cons

      Selling Siemens equipment to outpatient clinics with smaller budgets (but can definitely be overcome!)
