I was a field Investigator for Delta. Glad that's over. Case managers treat field Investigators like trash. Low pay. Over expectations. No work-life balance. The company only cares about profits. No health benefits. Expected to work a schedule they choose. If u don't, they'll retaliate by not sending u work.
