Pros
The emphasis on strategy and efforts of the teams to execute on plans has been the strength of Delta Data since the new CEO took over.
Cons
The downside to this organization is the tight knit boys club that has prevented any dissenting opinions or expansion of ideas. The cocky attitude of the leadership has shown it doesn't always get it right and over promises, while asking teams to manage to deliver.

Used to be very responsive to customer needs

There has been a recent change in management that has decided to create new products without the available resources. New products are not being developed as quickly as anticipated leaving several products partially developed. However, Delta Data has pushed to sell these products before they are ready.
