      Pros

      My colleagues were great and talented people. Department manager was respectful.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to micro-manage. They will make decisions (for you) without asking for your input. There are clear favorites in the company. The company disregards suggestions for improvement. The biggest con - Management (from supervisors to CEO/Owners) are constantly pointing fingers for their mistakes. In almost every department, managers would blame their employees for their mistakes. this reason drove away several great workers during my time there.

      Enjoyable co-workers, team-building, and overall salary. My favorite part of Delkor was the relationships I made while working here.

      Cons

      Hard management! I was not a fan of my direct boss, but I found others were easy enough to get along with. Our department was really small
