Managers so very bad, like to micro manage. Only give good opportunity if manager likes you. Since fully remote, you have to stay online on teams and you get messages if they see that you are offline for a few minutes. Hard to take breaks or do other thing during the day. CEO talks to employees like they are less. Most people leave after a few year since the demand on time is too high. Also promoting only happens when they put you on a big project. Raises don’t happen. When you ask for a raise it only happens if you are on a project that gets good feedback from the client, So much back stabbing and very racist if not white
