Cons

The remote work setup at Delegate is convenient; however, holiday vacations are not synchronized with standard holidays. While we have PTO available to cover these gaps, aligning vacation schedules more closely with traditional holidays could improve overall employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

The company offers competitive compensation, but I believe there could be more transparency and support around the process of requesting a raise.
